In this article, we take a look at Files, where all documents and files associated with your account are located.

Inside Files, you'll have access to all files associated with all requests within your account.
Each file displays a file name, the file type, the Supplier associated with the file (if applicable), and the date it was added to IronUp.
Clicking on a file will open it in a new tab, allowing you to view it, download it, and/or print it.
Use the filters on the right-hand side of the screen to search based on the file type, the associated Supplier, and the created date.
Adding a New File
Note - Invoices, Quotes, and Inspection Photos are automatically added through the Request process and the IronUp Jobsite mobile app.
To add a new file to your account, click on Add File and add the file for upload.
Select the type of specialized file you are uploading and press Add File to add this to your account. For National Agreements, you must select the associated Supplier from the Select Supplier dropdown.
Congratulations! You've added your first file to IronUp. Now all users in your account have clear and efficient access to critical documents related to your rental operations.
