Full Email

Here is the email you will receive. There are three sections:

  • Rental Agreements Ending This Week
  • "Ideal to Call Off" Assets
  • Low Utilization Assets

Rental Agreements Ending This Week

Managing multiple rental agreements with different contract start and end dates is a challenge. In this section, all rental agreements (Requests) with end dates in the next 5 calendar days will show up.

For each line item in the section, you will see:

  • IronUp Request ID
  • Project Name
  • # of Assets in the Request
  • End Date

"Ideal to Call Off" Assets

There are multiple reasons why people call off (return) assets to their rental Supplier, including concern of rate increases, apprehension to entering another 28-day invoice cycle or realizing they are not using their rented assets nearly as much as expected.

Through IronUp's proprietary "Ideal to Call Off" feature, we track all of it for you, in real time. Ideal to Call Off assets are defined as having all of the following:

  • A rate increase within two calendar days
  • A new 28-day invoice cycle starting within four calendar days
  • Asset utilization lower than 40% (default in IronUp, although it can be changed within your Settings)

For  each line item in the section, you will see:

  • IronUp Request ID
  • Project Name
  • Make/Model Name of Asset
  • Serial Number or VIN of the Asset

Low Utilization Assets

Are you prepared to make call off decisions based on low utilization, alone? We've got you.

Using our Low Utilization section, we identify all assets below your acceptable utilization threshold (default is 40% in Settings).

For each line item in the section, you will see:

  • IronUp Request ID
  • Project Name
  • Utilization %
  • Make/Model Name of Asset
  • Serial Number or VIN of the Asset

You're done! Make sure to check out other automated reports.
